About the Project

SatLayer is a pioneering platform designed to leverage Bitcoin’s security model through Babylon’s Proof of Stake. By deploying as a set of smart contracts on Babylon, Satlayer enables BTC stakers to secure any type of dApp or protocol as a Bitcoin Validated Service (BVS). Restaked Bitcoin collaterals secure Bitcoin Validated Services (BVS’s) and brings programmability to slashing conditions like challenge proofs and node liveness.
